Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem/as needed basis in a supervisory role. The RN will be responsible for conducting initial intake/evaluations of clients prior to the start of care, follow-up calls after 30 days, and in-person evaluations every 60 days, adhering to the standards set by the New Jersey Board of Nursing. The RN will provide supervision for aides or caregivers and create detailed plans of care for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial intake/evaluations of clients prior to the start of care.
- Follow up with clients via phone call after 30 days.
- Perform in-person evaluations every 60 days according to New Jersey Board of Nursing standards.
- Provide supervision for aides or caregivers taking care of clients.
- Create detailed plans of care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed narrative evaluations of clients.
- Flexible scheduling to create your own schedule for evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.
- Preferred: Malpractice insurance.
- Negotiable pay depending on home care experience.
- Home care experience is preferred but not required.
